Was up too early again this morning and writing this off wifey's iPad. Checked my mobile and discovered my friend had text me at 1:35am. I have been remembering and chasing her up on her ill brother. She has been extremely busy and also nursing a tennis elbow. She thinks he is OK.
She was late for her mom's baptism last Saturday. We couldn't be there to witness it as we had to be at the dental clinic.
I am probably witnessing a temporary reversal from her. This is to be expected. Quite common. At least at long last she has a much better understanding of the Lord's purpose for her brother's illness. I have waited years for it.
Active waiting is a hallmark of our faith.
