David Cameron's page from 'Yes, Prime Minister'

LOL! The British media must be alight with this. I got my read from Reuters. I know my kids are going to tell me this is so like the BBC drama from the 80s, "Yes, Prime Minister" Who says it was fiction? Maggie Thatcher used to love it and said as much as it being not too far from reality.

Nearer home but far away, our PM in the US shared a light-hearted moment with his audience when he borrowed a couple of jokes from China at who else but the Chinese expense. He talked about opening windows in Beijing for a smoke and turning on the tap in Shanghai for pork soup. Enough people in the audience were probably stunned expecting our leaders to always be serious minded. The PM admitted that the jokes weren't his originals. That helped. Yet another small step to Singapore becoming normal.

  1. Oh, what a fool! The meeting with Obama should have been on April 1 to save him from that hot soup.
