Ignorant Americans at the Pentagon

This is not the person in the street American. It is the Pentagon Channel no less and yet they cannot tell the Singapore PM from a visiting VIP from outside Asia. I know many Americans are foggy about the geography beyond their coast but this simply prove their ignorance to a new and astonishing level.
