USB 3.0 Hub arrives but missing charger

I waited months for a USB 3 hub to be available at Challenger but no luck. Tweleve days ago I ordered this off eBay. It works but I am not as happy with this purchase at the bluetooth earphones which came yesterday. The supplier didn't include a power cord. Sloppy work. Fortunately I discover I could recycle the one from our very old Besta.

Paid USD 23 for this. I just complained to them about the missing charger.
