Change is hard

I could often tell that a school is likely to be new from their school uniforms. They typically reflect current values of substance over form and the practical over the presentation. Some schools have updated their uniforms but most have not. Most school shoes are still the hard to keep clean whites. This serves to show how hard it is to change; how tightly we cling to the past. Few have the insight and courage to update themselves. I hope more will and accelerate it please.
