They gave readers the strong impression that the work is professionally done. When I looked at the key management team, they are mostly FTs. Nothing wrong with that if you are seeking superficial, quantitatively driven research. I would be more careful if they try to put the pieces together to make story, but I have no time to read their report. Basically I am just interested in their summarised findings presented in a table.
No earth shaking or even mild surprise, but I think people are too complacent about national security.
