IPS had just systematically and professionally confirm what we already know. That there was no LKY dividend as I posted here in July. The government mustn't rubbish all netizens' postings on social media but learn to judge which ones reflect the ground correctly.
Such feedback is timely, cheap and most valuable for the leaders who by the curse of human nature will always after scoring success become complacent and out of touch.
